We offer engineering/design assistance and price quotes for plan and specification projects.  For our plumbing, heating, and HVAC contractors, we offer complementary jobsite surveys complete with proposals offering optimal comfort solutions consistent with the client’s needs and budget.  Our proposals provide specific installation guidance and layouts to make your installation as easy as possible.  We also provide complete specifications and installation instructions, and applicable National Grid/Con Edison high efficiency equipment rebate information with our proposal package.  Our goal is to provide a high level of personal service and job quotations within 24-48 hours of jobsite survey or your inquiry.

 

As Distributors with nearly 55 years of continuous experience, we serve the New York Metropolitan Area, including Long Island, New York City, Upstate New York, and Northern New Jersey.  We supply equipment from our local inventory or from the factory, usually within a week or less.  Because we offer common service parts for what we sell, we fill small orders within 24 hours from our local stock, and others within 3-4 business days from the factory.

Randy Schultz is a graduate Mechanical Engineer with over 40 years of experience in the design and application of Gas Infra-Red Heating Equipment and Gas Absorption Cooling and Heating Products.   He is also an advisory member of the Islip Town Economic Development Commission.  Randy is passionate about assisting businesses of all sizes in their quest to reduce energy costs and provide affordable comfort in the workplace.

 

Randy is an experienced Robur Gas Cooling trainer, having participated in multiple factory training seminars and has provided  training for local installation and service contractors.

 

Randy and his wife Sue are residents of Blue Point, NY and have three grown children.
